Job Title: Apprentice Scaffolder / Labourer

Location: Tubetec Scaffolding, Camps Industrial Estate, Kirknewton, United Kingdom

Hours/Days of work: 38 Hours per week

Rate of Pay: £10.90 

Job Outline:

The successful candidate will be expected to assist scaffolders with carrying passing and stacking scaffolding, whilst developing on site skills of how to build and dismantle. Tubetec is a hard working supportive environment to progress - we work on a wide variety of sites, allowing our team to develop a great understanding of scaffolding and what is possible with it. Although our advert is for an apprentice we would be open to hear from someone with construction or scaffolding experience as we could assist with completing any training/tickets they haven't yet achieved.

Key Responsibilities include:

The successful candidate will be expected to assist scaffolders with carrying passing and stacking scaffolding, whilst developing on site skills of how to build and dismantle. 

The Person

must be able to work well as part of a team. You will attend periodic scaffolding courses at the National construction college through CITB CISRS and gain an SVQ Level 2 in scaffolding.

Candidates must be able to commute to our premises at Camps Industrial estate in East Calder on time each day.

Driving Licence is desirable
